Each player is permitted one registered account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated balances pending review.

2.1 To register and use the rafi88 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
2.2 rafi88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account.
2.3 If you are located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is restricted or prohibited, you access the Platform at your own risk. rafi88 accepts no legal liability for your use of the Platform in contravention of local laws.
Important: Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or place of residence constitutes fraud and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities.
3.1 To access the full range of services on rafi88, you are required to register an Account. Registration is free of charge.
3.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile phone number, and your date of birth.
3.3 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, linked, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, rafi88 reserves the right to:
3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. rafi88 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
3.5 You must notify rafi88 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your Account by contacting our support team at [email protected].
3.6 Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any entitlements associated with it to any third party.
4.1 rafi88 is required by its licensing obligations and internal compliance standards to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in some cases, prior to granting access to certain features or promotional offers.
4.2 As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
4.3 Documents must be submitted in JPG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. Maximum individual file size is 5 MB. Documents must be unedited and must not show signs of tampering, cropping, or digital alteration.
4.4 KYC review is typically completed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of submission during business hours (08:00–20:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Complex cases may require additional time at the Company's discretion.
4.5 rafi88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including during ongoing use of the Platform. Refusal to provide requested documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or closure of the Account.
rafi88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian players: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 50,000 for bank transfer transactions. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier; please contact support for your applicable limits.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from an account held in a name other than your registered Account name — are strictly prohibited and will be returned where practically possible, with any associated costs deducted.
Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. rafi88 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing infrastructure or by banking maintenance windows.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification as described in Section 4.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Processing times are as follows:
Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. rafi88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Where a Player's registered payment method changes, re-verification may be required before the new method is activated for withdrawals.
rafi88 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests at its sole discretion. Such checks may result in a temporary hold on the withdrawal pending review. Players will be notified via their registered email address if a withdrawal is placed on hold.
Currency Note: All transactions on the rafi88 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). rafi88 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
rafi88 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers may impose their own service charges, which are outside rafi88's control. Players are advised to confirm applicable fees with their bank or e-wallet provider prior to transacting.
6.1 rafi88 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion, the following general bonus conditions apply to all rafi88 promotions:
6.3 Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. A Player who closes their Account and re-registers is not eligible for a second welcome bonus.
6.4 Promotional offers are personal to the Player to whom they are issued and may not be transferred, gifted, or sold to another Player.
6.5 rafi88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect Wagers already placed in reliance on the promotion terms.
7.1 All Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or event on which the Wager is placed. Game rules are accessible within each game lobby and on the Platform's help pages.
7.2 A Wager is considered accepted and binding once confirmed by the Platform system. rafi88 will not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed Wager except where an obvious system error has occurred (see clause 7.5).
7.3 rafi88 offers sports betting markets including but not limited to: BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, badminton (BWF circuit events including All England and Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit round), and E-sports (MPL Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile). Market types include 1X2, Asian Handicap, Over/Under, Both Teams to Score, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets. For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw games, draw results are final once officially published by the relevant draw operator and cannot be disputed on grounds of personal expectation.
7.4 Minimum and maximum Wager limits apply per market and per game. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be varied by rafi88 at its discretion, including for individual Accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.
7.5 In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to mis-priced odds, incorrect draw results, or technical malfunction — rafi88 reserves the right to void the affected Wager(s) and return the stake to the Player's Balance. rafi88 will endeavour to notify affected Players within 48 hours of identifying a manifest error.
7.6 Winnings derived from Wagers placed during a confirmed system outage or platform fault may be voided at rafi88's discretion.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rafi88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. 10.2 rafi88 may share your personal data with third-party payment processors, identity verification service providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by the Company's licensing obligations. rafi88 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
10.3 You consent to rafi88 retaining your personal data for a period of no less than five (5) years following the closure of your Account, as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
11.1 rafi88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
11.2 If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to make use of the self-exclusion facility available in your Account settings, or to contact our support team directly. 11.3 rafi88 will honour any self-exclusion request promptly. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to re-register or access the Platform in any capacity.
11.4 rafi88 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account at its sole discretion where it identifies patterns of play that suggest problematic behaviour, regardless of whether the Player has self-excluded.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rafi88 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
12.2 rafi88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rafi88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.
12.4 rafi88 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms that results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, governmental action, internet infrastructure failure, banking system outages, or natural disasters.
13.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and the passing of applicable security checks.
13.2 rafi88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, where:
13.3 Where an Account is closed by rafi88 due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account — including both real-money and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited at the Company's discretion pending investigation. rafi88 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the Player within a reasonable timeframe.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally applicable principles of online gaming law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which rafi88 operates.
14.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with rafi88's support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, to be agreed upon by both parties at the time of the dispute.
14.3 Nothing in this clause limits rafi88's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
15.1 rafi88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, rafi88 will provide Players with at least seven (7) days' notice via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.
